Paypal, Visa/Mastercard, money orders.

Do I have to wait for the items to be made? TOP

No. All items I offer on my site are items that are already made and ready to be shipped to thier new homes.

When will my items be shipped? TOP

Items are shipped out the following day after payment is recieved Monday through Friday and excluding holidays. Example1: You make a purchase on Tuesday January 1st, and decide to send a money order for payment. I receive your money order on Friday January 4th, your beads will be sent out to you on Monday January 7th. Example2: You make a purchase on Tuesday January 1st and use Paypal, your items will be shipped out Wednesday January 2nd.

Do you take custom orders? TOP

Unfortunately, not at this time. Due to time restraints, I feel that I am not able to give my customers a satisfactory turn around time on thier merchandise.

Do you offer wholesale discounts? TOP

Yes. You must fax your resale certificate to 407-380-2007. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email me the items you are interested in and I will place them on hold for 24 hours until your certificate is faxed.

What are your shipping costs? TOP

I ship USPS Priority $5.05 insurance is optional, and can be added to your cart during your check out process or by following the link at the top of each catalog page.

Do you ship internationally? TOP

Yes. Please contact me at amaya@amayabeads.com with your shipping information so that I can give you a shipping estimate.

How come my beads do not look exactly like the picture? TOP

Unfortunately there are slight color variations from monitor to monitor that I am not able to control. I do however have all my beads professionally photographed so that you get the best representation of color that I can give you under controlled lighting circumstances. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase once you receive them you may return the beads for a full refund minus shipping and handling.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? TOP

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase once you recieve your items, you may return the beads for a full refund minus the shipping and handling. You need to contact me with in 10 days of the beads original shipping date and have the product returned to me within 14 days of original shipping date.
